Dear Dragons,

We're hot off the heels of our stellar performance at the Pine Rivers Rowing Club Premiership Regatta and I think that our success there has fuelled the motivation for our club members to do more racing.  The Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah Rowing Clubs Premiership Regatta will serve as a good way to finish off our racing for 2017.

The regatta will be held on 4th November.  At this stage, a regatta notice has not been released by Rowing Queensland, however, I am keen to get the word out there to the club membership so that we can start thinking about crews we'd like to race.  If this event is similar to what it was when I was at Toowong Rowing Club, there will be the opportunity for our rowers to compete in group events as well as masters events so there will be ample opportunity to get in some races.  Personally, there are a few people I'd like to see give a singles race a crack!

As per usual, please register your interest in competing at this regatta via Revolutionise.  I'm hoping that any crews interested in competing in the Head of the Brisbane will be keen to continue on to the regatta at Murwillumbah.
